Accreditation
Introducing the Route to Respect Accreditation – Creating Safer, More Inclusive Workplaces
Your workplace says it supports women. But can it prove it?
The Route to Respect Accreditation has been created to help organisations demonstrate a genuine commitment to creating workplaces where women feel safe, respected, valued and able to thrive.
It goes beyond policies and statements. The accreditation looks at what is actually happening within your workplace — from culture and communication to safety, development, leadership and the experiences of women themselves.
The Five Routes to Respect
Organisations are assessed across five key areas designed to explore the employee experience and identify both good practice and opportunities for improvement.
The accreditation considers areas including:
- Workplace culture and behaviours
- Safety, welfare and lone working
- Employee voice and inclusive communication
- Recruitment, retention and progression
- Learning, development and mentoring
- Leadership and frontline management
- Representation and opportunities
- Continuous improvement
More Than a Badge
Route to Respect Accreditation isn't simply about achieving a badge.
It's about giving organisations a framework to listen, learn, improve and demonstrate meaningful action.
Through the accreditation process, organisations can identify what they are already doing well, recognise areas where improvements could be made and develop practical actions to strengthen their workplace culture.
Successful organisations can achieve Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Route to Respect Accreditation, providing a visible way to demonstrate their commitment to supporting women in the workplace.
Why Become Accredited?
Achieving Route to Respect Accreditation can help your organisation:
- Demonstrate your commitment to women in the workplace
- Strengthen workplace culture
- Improve employee voice and engagement
- Support recruitment and retention
- Identify potential barriers affecting female employees
- Recognise and celebrate good practice
- Build trust with current and future employees
- Create a clear pathway for continuous improvement
Don't Just Say You Support Women. Show It.
Policies are important — but culture is what people experience every day.
Route to Respect helps organisations turn commitment into action and action into evidence.
Creating Cultures Where Women Can Thrive.

Tailored Workshops
I work with transport & Operation teams to improve safety, communication and retention by building more inclusive working environments. Particularly for women in operations and frontline roles.
Im currently offering practical workshops designed for Depot manager and the teams. Focused on real scenarios and simple actions that strengthen team culture and day to day operations.
My workshops are highly interactive, engaging and designed around real workplace situations.
Each workshop can be tailored to the specific needs of your organisation and workforce, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Topics can include:
- Employee retention – understanding why women leave and what encourages them to stay
- Workplace safety – creating environments where everyone feels safe, heard and respected
- Sexual harassment – awareness, behaviours, boundaries and creating a culture where concerns are taken seriously
- Workplace bullying – recognising what bullying can look like, including behaviours that are sometimes normalised
- Menopause in the workplace – improving awareness, understanding and practical support
The aim isn't simply to deliver training. It's to start conversations, challenge behaviours and give teams practical actions they can take back into the workplace.
Interactive. Practical. Tailored. Focused on creating cultures where women can thrive.

Career Talks for young Women From year 9
I'm passionate about encouraging more women and girls to explore careers in transport, logistics, freight, construction, and engineering.
For too long, these industries have been seen as "male-dominated," but the reality is that talent, ambition, and leadership have no gender. Every young woman should know that these careers are open to her, and that she belongs in them if that's where her interests and ambitions lie.
Throughout my career, I've seen the opportunities these sectors can offer, and I'm committed to helping inspire the next generation to consider paths they may never have thought possible.
I'm available to speak at schools, colleges, universities, and other educational settings, sharing my experiences, offering practical advice, and answering questions about building a career in these industries. If I can help just one young woman believe in herself and pursue a career she loves, it's a conversation worth having.
If you're an educator or organisation looking for a speaker to inspire young women and promote greater diversity in these sectors, I'd love to hear from you.
Together, we can help break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create more opportunities for future generations.
